Shipping & Handling
Domestic Shipping

Our shipping prices are based on the value of the items in your order and on the service level you choose. When calculating your total shipping time, please keep in mind that the day the package is shipped or picked up from our warehouse is not considered the first business day; start counting business days from the first full day that the package is “in transit” to you.

Note: business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Federal holidays.

Original Shipping Fees are non-refundable. These fees are for the services provided by the carrier, and will not be refunded if the item is returned for any reason.

Ground Service

Ground – Ships within 2 days, Delivery within 1-7 Business Days.
Ground Service is the only service for PO BOX address.

Express Service

Express – Ships within 1 day, Delivery within 1-5 Business Days.

Air Express Service

Air Express – Ships within 1 day, Delivery within 1-3 Business Days.

Pick Up:

Orders must be placed by 3:30 p.m. (local time) Monday through Friday to be eligible for same day pick up. Orders placed after 3:30 p.m. will be available for pick up after 12 p.m. the following business day.
A photo I.D., the original credit card used for the order, a physical copy of your “Order Pick Up Slip” and signature are required for package pick up.
We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
